Shivam Mogha is a research scholar at the Centre for the Study of Social Systems, Jawaharlal Nehru University. His research focuses on various issues related to Caste, the agrarian societies of Western Uttar Pradesh, Punjab and mobilization and counter-mobilization within the farmers’ movement/s. He also regularly contributes to newspapers, web portals, and magazines such as The Telegraph, Deccan Herald, The New Indian Express, The Caravan, The Quint, The Wire, The Print, and others.

Currently, at the CSH, Shivam is working as a research associate collaborating with Christophe Z. Guilmoto.
