BIOGRAPHY:

Aymeric Vo Quang is a PhD candidate in Political Science and International Relations at INALCO in Paris, affiliated with CSH in New Delhi. He previously completed a dual master’s degree in Public Policy at Sciences Po and the National University of Singapore (NUS), and holds three bachelor degrees in political science and law from Sciences Po, The University of Hong Kong (HKU), and the University of Lorraine. His dissertation examines Indian foreign policy and strategic studies, with a focus on political ideas, institutional dynamics, and how narratives are produced and mobilized in foreign policy-making. His research is supported by Inalco and the Sorbonne Chair of Strategic Studies, for which he is a laureate. Following a stint at the European Commission’s Directorate-General for Trade, Aymeric previously worked for two years at the French Embassy in New Delhi, within the academic cooperation department.
