BIOGRAPHY:

Yujia Luo is currently enrolled in the second year of Master’s Degree in Asian Studies at the EHESS (School for Advanced Studies in the Social Sciences), under the supervision of Dr. Loraine Kennedy. She is a visiting researcher at the CSH under the supervision of Dr. Stéphanie Tawa Lama. Her postgraduate research investigates the impact of the digitalization of public services in Delhi on different social categories. By examining the online registration of Hawker license (Tehbazari) and the online grievances of the Municipal Corporation of Delhi, she aims to understand how the digital transformation of urban governance changes the way in which different social groups access public services in Delhi.
