Louis Charlot is doing his master-degree in engineering at École Nationale des Ponts et Chaussées, a French engineering school. He is specialized in economic and financial engineering. At the CSH, he is working as an intern with Nicolas Gravel on the Hedonic pricing model for housings in Delhi based on surveys of 2005 and 2019. He helps to organize and conduct the survey of 2019, that collects economic and health (presence of malaria, dengue fever and pollution) data in the housings of the National Capital Territory of Delhi and he analyses statistically the data of the survey of 2005.
