Kim Robin is a M.Phil student in Development Economics from Sciences Po Paris. She joined the CSH from July 2009 to December 2009. As part of the program “Economic Reforms, Regional Economies and Evolving Federal Governance”, she studied the “developement strategy” of the government of the state of Orissa through qualitative interviews with government officials and members of the civil society. To assess the pertinence of such a strategy, she conducted an in-depth household survey in two villages of Orissa (in Puri and Koraput districts).
