Gilles VERNIERS
Biography
Gilles Verniers is Assistant Professor of Political Sciences at Ashoka University and co-Director of the Trivedi Centre for Political Data. A graduate from the Universite of Louvain and Sciences Po, his research focuses on the intersections between electoral politics and local and state governance in Northern India, as well as on Indian political data. He is based in New Delhi since 2005.
