M. R. SHARAN is a an assistant professor in the Department of Agricultural and Resource Economics at the University of Maryland. He honored us with a resourceful lecture at the CSH seminar on Monday, 12th December 2022. The event consisted of a 40 minutes presentation followed by a discussion with Rahul VERMA (Research Fellow, CPR and Visiting Assistant Professor, Department of Political Science, Ashoka University) and a Q/Ans. session with numerous researchers.
