Xavier HOUDOY

Xavier Houdoy is a PhD candidate at the Institut Français de Géopolitique (IFG) of Paris-8 University.
His thesis examines contemporary strategies of state consolidation in North-East India, where he conducted ethnographic field research on several occasions in 2014 and 2015. In 2016 and 2017, he taught at the Asia campus of Sciences-Po Paris. As an India and South Asia Analyst at Noria, a Paris-based research network, he works on issues related to trans-border security, foreign policy and development in marginalized areas.
