I am a researcher in the Rural Development Center – an autonomous research center established under the Institute of Policy and Institute of Policy and Strategy for Agriculture and Rural Development (IPSARD) within Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development (MARD) of Vietnam. Prior to working for IPSARD, I completed Master in International economy and macroeconomic policy (University Paris X Nanterre). I am interested in themes of rural development, public services, rural production system as well as sectoral dynamics. Since December 2013, I have been working on PhD thesis entitled “Land constraints, employment localization and the environment in the Vietnam dairy sector: elements for construction of development scenarios of dairy sector in Vietnam”, for CIRAD and at Montpellier SupAgro, in the framework of an ARN-funded project REVATLER (Multi-scale assessment of livestock development pathways in Vietnam).
