Daphné REGUIESSE

Daphné Reguiessé is a French PhD candidate in Regional Planning and Public Policy (2nd year) at Iuav University of Venice (Italy). Her background studies are in Political sciences, International relationships and Human Rights (bachelor’s degree 2013, Padua, Italy). She owns a master’s degree in Public Policies and Administration Studies (2015). Her focus is on educational policies, issues of diaspora, circular migration and brain drain in Europe, especially in Italy.
