Damien Vaquier is currently working as a Junior Development Project Coordinator in the Palestinian Territories for the Consulate General of France in Jerusalem. He obtained Master degrees in Development Economics and in Project Analysis in Developing Countries in 2008 from the Centre d’Etudes et de Recherches sur le Développement International (CERDI), Université d’Auvergne, France. In the course of his study, he held several intern positions in Madagascar (urban engineering company), South Africa (French Development Agency – AFD), and India for the Centre de Sciences Humaines, New Delhi. His field of interest is Urban Economics and Housing.
